Accelerated Appraisal Group (AAG) is a boutique appraisal management company that specializes in the state of California. We also provide coverage in the states of Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, North Carolina, South Carolina and Texas with additional states coming soon. We provide dependable and accurate appraisals in every county.

AAG is an appraiser run AMC. We understand both lender expectations and appraisal regulations and requirements. We work together with our appraisers to provide highest quality reports.  We individually select appraisers for each order based on proximity to the subject, client requirements, and turn time. We believe the best way to produce the highest quality reports is to select the appraiser who is most qualified for each assignment.  

At AAG we pride ourselves on our communication. As an appraiser run AMC, we have very good relationships with our appraisers and are happy to discuss any issues that may arise.
